It is no secret that this part of To Kwa Wan has a lot of small, authentic shops, and this is no exception since there are lots of them there, along with other small, authenticate products. As we arrived at the Hau Hing noon, the staff took care of us and promptly seated us.We ordered udon stir-fried with smoked red sausages, cabbage, and ham, which was not greasy. As we arrived at the Hau Hing noon, the staff took care of us and promptly seated us.
We ordered udon stir-fried with smoked red sausages, cabbage, and ham, which was not greasy. The udon was a little moist but did not seem to be overly greasy.
Our other order was a pan-fried leek dumpling, with a golden colour and very crispy texture, that we enjoyed so much. The ratio of leek to pork was good, neither too much nor too little, so there was no unnecessary bitterness.
