As we arrived at the Hau Hing noon, the staff took care of us and promptly seated us.

We ordered udon stir-fried with smoked red sausages, cabbage, and ham, which was not greasy. The udon was a little moist but did not seem to be overly greasy.

Our other order was a pan-fried leek dumpling, with a golden colour and very crispy texture, that we enjoyed so much. The ratio of leek to pork was good, neither too much nor too little, so there was no unnecessary bitterness.
