聽講呢一間係土瓜灣隱世小店已經開咗超過30年今日一於試一試佢。擔擔麵個醬汁真係好正,花生醬麻醬少少辣油再加埋少少花生粒,佢個醬就咁睇落去就覺得好杰,但係攪勻咗之後又唔錯,佢啲上海有面黐住啲醬份外好味。酸辣麵都幾足料,豬紅豆腐等,唔係好辣少少偏甜,味道都唔錯。要多碗淨菜肉雲吞放湯嘅,個湯有紫菜同埋有蝦仔,菜肉雲吞都幾大粒而且佢個餡料都好新鮮。叫多個油菜全酒本來係叫菜心但係佢唔夠菜心唔就於視乎少少菜心加多多白菜仔。 continue reading

自從土瓜灣地鐵站開通後, 不少飲食攻略都有介紹土瓜灣美食, 但不少小店或老店消失, 所以趁機去一間專賣北京麵食嘅小店📍巧興麵家📍試下. 📍巧興📍响土瓜灣安徽街嘅一條窄巷內, 原來巳開了30多年, 店內裝修十分簡單, 是舊式粉麵舖格局, 只有幾張枱, 所以繁忙時間, 好快就滿座. 所以買了生餃子回家吃. 🌸白菜餃餃皮比較厚而肉多, 外形像金元寶, 好有喜感. 餡料以白菜豬肉為主, 肉同菜嘅比例適中, 店員提議可跟北方煮法, 即用滾水烚熟,不連湯上, 然後可根據自己口味加調味料. 是的, 這食法可真實地吃出餃子嘅味道, !!!! continue reading
