It has to be one the restaurants with top quality of sashimi at a reasonable price in Hong Kong. I have yet to find a place to replace this little cosy Japanese décor restaurant for years. Sashimi Set
The fish are fresh, and iced at the right temperature. The chef’s has decent knife skills, the sashimi were evenly sliced.
The perfect example of simplicity with fresh ingredient is the magic of great good.
