Cooked to perfection, this Tom Yum Lobster - HKD198 has to be the best that I have had in Hong Kong. The broth had the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness with a sharp herby note and bold spiciness. I have made Tom Yum Gnoong in Chiang Mai, Thailand before but mine was not even close to this one in terms of flavour. The seafood sweetness in the broth was madly heavenly, plus the lobster totally soaked up the essence of the broth. How evil is that?
