It is so famous that it attracted people who did not eat sushi to go.
They are so successful that they now have a branch in Hung Hom for almost a year now!!!

The Sashimi section was a wonderful surprise, and my favourites had to be the creamy fish milt  in refreshing yuzu sauce.

My next favourite was the Monkfish liver which is like pate that has a velvety texture.

Another star of the show was abalone which is served with liver sauce.
The liver sauce is made even more rich by mixing butter in it.
When you have eaten the abalone, the Sushi Master will give you some rice to dip the rest of the liver sauce.

The golden crab was an  overload of crabmeat and crabroe!!

As a donburi and carbs lover, it was joy eating rice with creamy uni.

Finished with Fruits which were sprayed with alcohol to bring out the sweetness.
