The most anticipated new opening recently and it didn't disappoint. Very unique and delicious northern Italian cuisine that incorporates offals — a rare find in HK! Our group ordered the degustazione menu so that we could just sit back and let the chef select the dishes for us. We particularly enjoyed the veal tongue tonnata, codfish tripe and the "Testina" pig's head. Great Italian wine selection and very attentive service.
