What really made the experience special, however, was the chef's willingness to tailor each menu to the individual preferences of his customers. He is the most sweetest, generous, and down-to-earth chef I've ever met, and he went out of his way to ensure that every dish was perfectly suited to my tastes. For the price you're paying, you're definitely getting more than your money's worth! It's not often you find a restaurant that delivers such high-quality food at such reasonable prices.
Overall, I highly recommend Tsuga Omakase to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Hong Kong. The food is outstanding, and the plates and presentation are all well thought out and beautifully selected by the chef himself. I can't wait to go back again soon!
