This is the car noodle place I’ve been visited for the last 30 yrs. They used to be on the same corner of the exact spot but used to be a hawker with a street cart serving noodle with limited topics. That’s how the HK car Noodles begins. They are so many of car noodles spots in HK. But I believe this is still the best one for the yellow noodles and curry paste. That’s how the HK car Noodles begins. They are so many of car noodles spots in HK. But I believe this is still the best one for the yellow noodles and curry paste. The ingredients are very fresh and they start serving at 730am, if you are tired of having your boring breakfast, you can give a try to have some curry spice hk style car noodles in wan chai. But beware this poce only have free standing style and often you need to take your bowl of noodles and enjoy it on the back alley. I don’t really mind and it’s kind of special to me.
