Though named after cart noodles, people here only order two items. Menu is in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge. The menu is also written on the wall unless you want cart noodle where you check off what you want on a piece of paper.

The first one is this: prawn with eggs over rice ($62).  It came with their signature sweet soy sauce infused with spring onions served in a small cup. The soft and fluffy. The prawn were big and firm. All went well with the rice.

The other one is char siu with eggs over rice ($50). Again the sauce was served on the side. There was so much char siu! The char siu was not too fat but very sweet and savory.

Probably one of the best scrambled eggs over rice on Hong Kong island. May not be dirt cheap but portions are generous and very good.
