Chewy noodles from Japan topped with a slice of torched Kobe beef, bamboo shoots, cabbage, nori and half a soft-boiled egg. The Dashi is rich and matched with the noodles. The highlight, wagyu beef has totally elevated the flavor when the fat melt in your mouth.

Coming to another highlight, Wagyu Donburi ($180). The rice is fully topped with the juicy Kobe beef.

For the side, the menu offers Wagyu Gyoza ($120/6 pieces). Yet, I think the gyoza is slightly disappointing as it is not juicy....

Anyway, I highly recommend the meat lover to try the fabulous Kobe beef dishes!!
