To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還有我選的Boston Lobster Wellington(Half) 波士頓龍蝦威靈頓(半份),金黃誘人
坊間多見威靈頓牛柳、羊扒或雞肉,又經常夾有肝醬、火腿及蘑菇等味道較重的材料
每每提及威靈頓,便自然覺得是濃味而讓人負擔頗重的菜式,但龍蝦威靈頓另作別論
熱辣上桌,酥皮層沒有過份泛油,一如想像中的薄酥脆感,佐以刁草忌廉汁更添鹹潤
龍蝦肉保留原有香味及水分,吃起來彈爽,有菠菜及意大利瓜點綴甚是清甜

乳酪雪糕酸清不膩,與朱古力及餅碎扮演著石塊、貝殼及細沙的角色,即沙灘部分
