昨晚同frd 去太子食飯,佢話朋友食過一間西餐叫The Steakhaus 唔錯,我地就book 黎試下。入到餐廳見到full哂,職員安排我地坐上樓上,樓上得我地一枱客,感覺好似包左場咁,加上裝潢新簇配合柔和既燈光,都真係幾好feel。我地二人點左幾樣野,包括鐵板油泡安格斯牛柳、蟹膏蟹餅、士拉差雞翼、黑毛豬鞍架,同杯cocktail,真心覺得唔錯。鐵板油泡安格斯牛柳(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)煮法都好特別,將幾塊大大塊既牛柳放係鐵板速煎,香氣濃溢,兼具視覺同嗅覺既享受。味道方面,肉質柔軟多汁,無肉渣同筋,配以面包及蒜頭,變成色香味俱全。蟹膏蟹餅(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)蟹餅外脆內軟,充滿蟹肉,帶有濃郁蟹肉香味,沾上旁邊既蟹膏醬,作為小食應該很多人鍾意。士拉差雞翼(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)單骨雞翼外都係外脆內嫩,有少少辣都幾惹味,配士拉差醬都幾開胃。黑毛豬鞍架(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)塊黑毛豬好厚,食落一d 都唔鞋,仲有種獨特豬肉香味,鋪左一d 蒜頭片更香,加埋幾片蘋果做配菜,唔會覺得肥同油膩。Athenian Spritz(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)呢款由氣泡酒、橙、雪碧等組成既mocktail賣相幾靚,適合打卡。而味道方面幾fresh,幾開胃。~
