Other Info. : I was having lunch at the restaurant this afternoon, the food quality was perfect but the service was a disaster! I was having ice cream and then I found a hair on the ice cream. I don’t mind but just wanted to get a new plate of ice cream. So, I informed the waiter as he provided us with the worst service (like he hate his job so much) and then he brought the whole bucket of ice cream from the kitchen and use the plate that he can find nearby for a sake of giving me ice cream. He even use his hand to remove the ice cream out of the plate (I don't know why) for 3-4 times. To be honest, I was shocked ! I told the restaurant manager to check because I saw a surveillance camera at the entrance, till now they don't take any actions yet ignore my message.
