I'm visiting Hong Kong and ventured to this branch for the award winning dishes! There was nothing like the descriptions on their menu in Chinese or English. Thick, cornstarch source were poured on the Ginger Fried Rice with Fish. It tasted like chop suey! The shrimps and egg white were overcooked for the Fried Prawn with Egg White source. It's like a gel! It's gross! The HK Tourism Board should remove this branch from the recommended list.
