2018年2月24日,去了食午飯,去到差不多成2時半,啲人都走得七七八八,個經理見到我們2人入來,竟然叫我們坐門口位吹風,我見到明明近牆有張枱都唔叫我們坐,可能嫌我們阻住佢收工。之後,我們要求調枱,個經理黑口黑面,又可能當時正是農曆新年,唔鐘意我們唔俾利是。我們叫了個 蒲式肉丸福袋, 啲肉好鬆唔好食,還有兩碗糖水,我們懷疑佢地叫廚房做了手腳,因為食完第二天我肚瀉了五次。整個用膳啲經理同樓面沒有禮貌,反而送菜阿姐更有禮。

何謂煎米?
就係將米粉壓成一餅,底面煎至乾身丶香囗。試諗諗喺脆卜卜嘅煎米上面再淋上上湯龍蝦



龍蝦係波士頓龍蝦。龍蝦肉非常彈牙,上湯汁稀結適中,味道恰到好處又唔會搶咗龍蝦嘅鮮味。煎米非常香口,再點埋呢個上湯汁…真係無敵嘅組合啊

當然如果你多人一齊食嘅話可以叫多過一隻龍蝦,又或者加啲錢轉做大隻啲嘅加拿大龍蝦。


我同三位飯腳點咗一碟上湯龍蝦煎米底(加底),一碟燒味拼盤,一個菜,埋單大約百三蚊一個人。工作日嘅午餐嚟講唔算平,咪當平時做嘢咁辛苦,間唔中慰勞下自己囉。

椒鹽賴尿蝦(時價) :算新鮮,有膏,火喉OK,但肉質麻麻地好削。

炒飯:通常炒飯用菜心或芥蘭嘅莖部切粒一齊炒係好平常嘅事,唔知點解,呢度將成條菜心放落去炒,感覺好奇怪。炒出嚟飯粒算分明,唔肥膩,但味道仍然是很鹹!

今晚嘅甜品係南瓜露同蛋散,可能係全晚最好食嘅嘢。。。

至於啲侍應嘅服務,由坐低嗰一刻開始,就感覺到佢哋好似趕收工一樣,不停催你落單,不停催你食嘢,不停催你收碟,不停催你落甜品。最最最好笑嘅地方係,有個阿姐最後拎左張飲食優惠券過嚟,價值$30,話留俾下次用,哈!哈!哈!下次用 ??? ... $30 ?

好耐未試過食一餐飯,會食到如此氣上心頭!!!!! 總括來講,三個字:一定冇下次!一定冇!係!係肯肯定一定冇 !!!!!

I'm visiting Hong Kong and ventured to this branch for the award winning dishes! There was nothing like the descriptions on their menu in Chinese or English. Thick, cornstarch source were poured on the Ginger Fried Rice with Fish. It tasted like chop suey! The shrimps and egg white were overcooked for the Fried Prawn with Egg White source. It's like a gel! It's gross! The HK Tourism Board should remove this branch from the recommended list.

上次幫襯, 感覺不太良好, 這般老店, 不同於新式連鎖酒家, 有其舊一輩特色, 連侍應也是老一輩人, 唔太喜歡錢的樣子, 招呼差就預咗了. 今次不同, 與友人聚舊, 老友乃此店常客, 待遇當然不同.店長推薦支竹羊腩煲, 價格略貴, 收$180. 肯定係熟客關係, 份量也不同, 羊腩件件肥瘦適中, 大約肥佔三成, 瘦佔七成, 味道濃郁, 羊腩燉得超淋之餘, 皮又軟而彈口, 馬蹄爽口, 腐竹軟棉, 一起燉, 羊腩沒有腥臊味,燒乳鴿, 總是帶著”中山石岐”的名號, 做得不太.... , 但勝在夠熱, 哈哈... 心照.... 不如講一講友人自家製的經驗啦, 據友人自己做過最好食的方式, 首先替乳鴿抹上幼鹽, 胡椒粉, 五香粉, 風乾一會, 然後再替鴿身抹上一層淡淡的蜜糖, 油炸至九成熟, 再以熱油淋落鴿身, 至金黃色為止.熟客仔, 帶酒唔收費, 日本酒, 麥製20度, 唔甜, 友人甚喜愛, 另一枝, 混合葡萄, Grenache和 Syrah, 平價貨, 幸而不酸, 味道…. 仍有不少水果風味, 友人話, 全因為混合不均所致, 如果Grenache比Syrah多, 便會出現此狀況.

燒乳鴿, 總是帶著”中山石岐”的名號, 做得不太.... , 但勝在夠熱, 哈哈... 心照.... 不如講一講友人自家製的經驗啦, 據友人自己做過最好食的方式, 首先替乳鴿抹上幼鹽, 胡椒粉, 五香粉, 風乾一會, 然後再替鴿身抹上一層淡淡的蜜糖, 油炸至九成熟, 再以熱油淋落鴿身, 至金黃色為止.

這個得獎菜是實至名歸的.之前吃過士多啤梨骨不算有大驚喜,反而這道菜就裊不俗了.廚師將整條牛腩入鍋油炸,再將牛腩放入蒸鍋,令牛腩外皮酥脆,裡面卻軟滑多汁,是功夫與味道的昇華!

今天是我四天假期的最後一天,我的弟弟從國外回來放假,父母建議不如去太湖海鮮酒家吃飯,所以一早已訂位,無需等候一坐下就有一碟小吃,炸菜雞腎,看起來以為很重味,反而吃下的時候甜甜的,也很爽脆叫了五種小菜,首先上的是醉鴿,酒味十分濃厚,個子也不少,不像乳鴿,但肉質鬆軟,媽媽和爸爸特別喜愛這個跟著是叉燒,樣子十分討好,半肥瘦,邊上有少少燶,甜度適中,很鬆化可口咖喱牛腩㷛有特別驚喜的地方,通常牛腩㷛用薯仔煮,正當我咬下那疑似薯仔物體時発現原來是平果,也另這道菜增加一些清新,牛腩是牛坑腩,也夠㝝豉汁㰖角蒸魚雲,我其實有些怕吃魚頭,只吃了一些肉,也不錯,不湦,父母十分喜歡這個,用汁伴飯也不錯最後是生菜頭腐鯪魚球㷛,清清地,為之前吃的濃味冲一下,不錯,不過覺得美中不足是感覺那鯪魚球似是機打的值得稱贊侍應的態度十分親切,會同你傾偈,另外一看到你碟子有東西也會很快換碟,不用客人提醒,抵讚下次也會再和家人再次惠顧
