The worst experience I have Ever had!

Waited for over 20 minutes for nothing! The guy wasn’t even know my waffle was ready until I approached him to ask! And he didn’t seem to know what he’s doing when he did my drink. My waffle was hard and cold and I asked him when it’s ready. The guy didn’t even know when it was ready! And he suggested me to wait for another waffle to be done! So at the end, I left with no waffle, no drinks! He refunded me but what a ridiculous service and experience!
