The soup noodles came cold, and when we requested for hot soup, only a tiny bowl came. There is not enough people working here, the service is so poor and food is really bad. I’ve been to 鼎泰豐 in many other cities, but the ones in Hong Kong are no doubt the worse. 服務差，食物也難吃，湯麵來的時候是暖的，不是熱的。體驗非常差的一次。以前經常來，服務和食物越來越差，以後不會再來了。
