To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. There's a reason why people keep visiting a restaurant again and again and again and again... maybe until the end of the world. Consistency of the taste of the food, value for money etc. For this place it's both. My little daughter just loves the lasagne and the chips set, and everything I told her we will be going to this place she will literally jump into the air and give me a kiss (I wish).So... give it a try when you have time. Warning though - tastes vary between different shops - last

There's a reason why people keep visiting a restaurant again and again and again and again... maybe until the end of the world. Consistency of the taste of the food, value for money etc. For this place it's both. My little daughter just loves the lasagne and the chips set, and everything I told her we will be going to this place she will literally jump into the air and give me a kiss (I wish).
So... give it a try when you have time. Warning though - tastes vary between different shops - last time I went to the one in Yu Chui Court in Shatin, it was.... different, to be very polite.
