Premium burgers?? Premium my @-$-$!! They are by far the worst and the most overpriced burger I have ever eaten in my life! Kraze must be freaking crazy to serve those crappy burgers as premium burgers! American burgers?? Seriously, I have never ever eaten a burger in America that is this awful! For high quality burgers, Kraze’s pricing is okay as there are more expensive ones. The decent looking menu posters and dining area are what lured us to the place. Highlighted as the “THE BEST” in the men
For high quality burgers, Kraze’s pricing is okay as there are more expensive ones. The decent looking menu posters and dining area are what lured us to the place.
Highlighted as the “THE BEST” in the menu, “The Matiz” burger is probably their signature burger. With no hesitation, I order that and my friend ordered the “Chili Burger”. We were notified with a 20minutes wait by the waitress; so we were really expecting some topnotch burgers!
After a long wait, the burgers finally arrived! As the waitress serve them on the table, first thing that striked me were the look of the burgers - they were somewhat disappointing. It was like seeing a girl at a nightclub with no makeup.
When I touched the burger, the bun was cold! FRIDGE COLD!! They didn’t even defrost it properly either because the top part was the coldest!
What?? Got to be kidding me!?!?? 20minutes in the making and was served with a improperly defrosted cold bun??? Ridiculously unacceptable!!
After a couple bites…
Eating the cold bun was like chewing a carpet with the bottom coated with non-slip rubber.
The meat patty was like wet paper towels that just been used for cleaning kitchen stove – could only tasted oil and felt like mash!! No beef taste, not juicy, completely bland. Not tender and no mouth feel!
Lettuce, tomato and pickles were some cheap, low-end stuff that you would find in McDonalds’. Kraze just give you more portion for those.
Nothing special about the sauce. Not good nor bad as it was just some typical boring bbq sauce. Miles away to have a wow factor!
Surprisingly, bacon and cheese were ok!!! OMG!!
Now to the fries…
The fries were fried with some premium-aged oil!! I had no idea how long they had been repeatedly using the same oil, but yea.. the fries were awfully oily and the color was $HIT-brown!!! $HIT-BROWN for god’s sake!! Drain that $hit oil and pour in some fresh one in!!
Service…
For this kind of restaurant, not much service is required. Pass me my food and I am off.
Still had an issue with the drinks and fries didn’t come minutes after the burgers. When we asked about the drinks and fries, the waitress had a puzzled-look on her face. Not knowing if she understood, I mentioned a second time. The waitress gave me a annoyed-look.
I didn’t even bother to ask my friend about his “Chili Burger”. From the look of his dreadful face, it must tasted horrible.
If Kraze charges around Burger King’s range, it would be more reasonable. Charging at around $100 per meal excluding 10% service charge for burgers like that?? Must be out of their minds!! Those crap they served are freaking horrible!! Nowhere near high quality and miles and miles and miles away from being premium burgers!!
Wait…!! Not all things are bad at Kraze!!!
At least the Heinz Ketchup, Tabasco and Pepsi were great!! The atmosphere was nice and quiet too since not much people eat their!
The place is just ridiculous and UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE!!
Revist?? OOOHH HELLLL NOOOO…!!!!
