I reckon it is a good restaurant but we were being unlucky to get our first experience of Tamohawk Steak a bad one.It was Feb 11 2024 and was a birthday dinner of my family. The restaurant was spacious and with a friendly vibe. The staff were very cheerful. One of them just let us choose a window table while letting us know the high chair could be not perfect for ladies. I would focus on the steaks. The T-Bone steak was good and properly cooked. The different sauces which came with it made it extra tasty yet interesting.

We also ordered the premium Tamohawk Steak. However, it was cooked in a way that the outside was too burnt to make it dry and taste bitter. We informed the staff but they claimed it was the Chicago Style. (But it did taste bitter! And that was not crispy, that was too burnt!). We were not happy becoz that expensive meat was ruined. Although we did not ask for anything, the restaurant did not respond at all.
After we have paid, we found that a pasta we ordered had not came. The manager helped us to void the charge but he looked a bit annoyed.
I still think the restaurant a nice one but we were unlucky when it was our first time to order a "premium" steak but it turned out bad. The right Chicago style? I doubt it. A miss in cooking? I think so. Perhaps you need to ask more there, especially when you order expensive dishes.
