If you dine at URA Delicacy, then order the A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Steak and Sea Urchin Rice Bowl. Trust us, this is a must order item and you will never regret. The bowl came with a big scoop of rice, beautifully red Wagyu slices surrounding and uni on top of it. We were suggested to pour the slightly sweet sauce over everything and mix it all over, then serve it with the nori. The Wagyu slices were cooked right to perfection, giving the optimal flavor and texture. Serving it all over the nori is like the most harmonious marriage on earth. The beef has a decent portion of fat that makes it melt in your mouth. Seriously, it disappeared in my mouth right away. Uni on the other hand was fresh enough to give its natural sweetness too. But the Wagyu was just so heavenly that have somehow overpowered the uni. Just so you know, we spooned every tiny piece of rice in the bowl into our mouths, just to make sure we do not miss any flavors left.
