Couldn’t resist ordering uni for lunch. It was so yum! The bowl was quite big, I was so full after this meal.

作為一名鰻魚發燒友,自然對鰻魚飯亦有一定要求
。店中的鰻魚飯用上原條鰻魚,非常巨型,是繼和牛海膽飯,知名度緊隨其段的定食。

上環食飯 有比較高的性價比, 好像這裏的a級肥牛 ,牛肉味濃郁,配上馬糞海膽 ,感覺有為牛肉 塗上了厚厚的牛油, 強化了味道 ,令口感更細緻。另外要一讚的是吞拿魚海膽飯 ,吞拿魚魚蓉混上了蔥花 間隔了馬糞海膽 ,味道新鮮可口。

在網上見到呢間野d丼好似好正咁,於是過黎試試。首先叫了這個Wagyu, Uni and Ikura Don。d牛同海膽都好正,用紫菜加埋d飯包住黎食真係非一般嘅享受。不過碗野比想像中細好多,自己食晒成碗都應該唔會好夠飽。呢碟A5 鹿兒島和牛卷都唔錯。燒雞翼可以更juicy更肥美。

中上環真的有很多優質午餐選擇,但都要大約二百元一位。所以也不便宜、只可以偶爾吃一餐。今次去了URA日本餐廳,set lunch由$168-$438都有選擇。我點了鱈魚西京燒飯定食($218),而朋友就點了一客原條鰻魚飯定食($198)。所有定食都會配有昆布湯、四式前菜和辻利茶舖的抹茶。四式前菜包括了菜、沙拉、丸子、雞卷,不過不失;中規中矩。 #鱈魚西京燒 是外出吃飯的低卡之選,簡單調味煎香,外皮帶微脆,內𥚃質感軟滑嫩口👍🏻,更有一陣陣魚油香的感覺。配珍珠米來吃,實在十分下飯,好好吃呢!😋而朋友所點的 #原條鰻魚飯 他則說鰻魚原身,有炭燒香。鰻魚超大一條,光吃鰻魚已經夠飽了!嘿嘿!最後以 #辻利茶舖 的抹茶🍵來作結,輕微解膩,確實是一個挺好的體驗唷!

Since it’s a skirt steak, the beef was a tad chewy and the flavouring wasn’t exactly to my liking. Thought the garlic on top was a bit overpowering yet not salty enough. Would be nice if they also provide options for other cuts and seasoning!
Overall food was actually decent but glad that we ate (quite a bit) before dinner since portions were small.

A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Steak and Sea Urchin Rice
The presentation of this lunch set is extremely appetizing. The slightly torched Wagyu literally melted in my mouth like a stick of butter. The beef was alluringly tender, intensely marbled and flavorsome. It was lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, paired with the Yakiniku sauce which featured a mixture of savory and sweet taste, with a hint of sesame aroma. The creamy and custard-like sea urchin was simply divine. It was light, sweet and briny, which tasted like a mouthful of OCEAN! Personally speaking, scooping a spoonful of rice on the nori (紫菜), topped with a slice of Wagyu, uni and some "gari" was the BEST combo. The sour gari toned down the oiliness of the beef and complimented well with the slightly sweet Yakiniku sauce.
