慕名到文華酒店一嘗名聞遐邇既自助餐, 水準果然高於一般五星酒店. 食物選擇種類恰到好處. 冷盤不時不食, 所以現在只供應南半球既紐西蘭生蠔. 翡翠螺, 藍殼青口, 長腳蟹腳, 大頭蝦等都係絕對新鮮. 無論紅肉煙三文魚或日式shashimi三文魚都係上等貨色!  熱盤有中有西. 即使普通菜式如sweet & sour pork都一絲不苟,肉質肥瘦適中,有彈性,粉漿薄唔會食到成舊粉.到文華用餐當然不能不食甜品.Buffet供應既甜品款式比主菜還多.我飽到竟然錯過了Tiramisu及自家制雪糕!不過卻無意中食到個精彩既cream brulee. 點解話’無意中’呢?因為近年係坊間食到既所謂cream brulee,同港式燉蛋無兩樣,大部份仲好’鞋’,所以放棄好耐了.文華呢個就好creamy, 蛋同忌廉可謂水乳交溶,軟滑無比 香濃既cheese cake再加上一杯精選紅茶為呢餐飯劃上完美句號.
