Porterhouse is always one of the top cuts in my mind. I just love its immense size - the only type of cut that is big enough to satisfy my steak craving. Medium rare with great crust exterior with tender and succulent pink meat inside. The char was aromatic that I couldn’t help to bite the big T directly😋

If you ever visit, do not forget their Souffle and they have table side service for this giant souffle. That’s 30% of why I need to be here.
