I must say that I had rather high hope for this tea restaurant, as it was covered by a couple of travel books. However, my recent experience was a total let down. The place was extremely noisy and crowded on a weekday morning, the staff were unfriendly and grumpy and the food was expensive but not even tasty. What a ripped off!!!
