TOTALLY BAD SERVICE AND POOR ARRANGEMENT

Extremely disappointing experience for coming all the way to Yuen long to try this cafe. Simply NOT worth it. We arrived at 15:00 but all tables are full. The host wrote down our mobile no. and promised to call back when have seat. We started wandering in nearby area for 1.5 hour but no calling back. Then when we call up the shop to check the seat they talked with a rude attitude that all tables were given out to other customers and they cannot do anything. Even worst they tried making up excuse

Even worst they tried making up excuse like they had call but your phone was not reachable - such silly excuse spoke in an unwelcoming manner! All in all the whole experience is terrible.
