The foie gras skin was really crispy and it melted in my mouth. It's such a good start to the meal. The lobster bisque was pretty nice but lacked a bit richness. The escargots tasted rich with a bouncy texture.

The lamb rack was cooked to perfection. Look at the pink flesh! It tasted rich and succulent without a hint of gaminess.

To end the meal, I ordered the Oreo soufflé which was amazing as it was light and fluffy.
