i just got to hong kong coming from new york i moved here for business.
wandering the street , i start smelling a familiar odor of roast chicken .
Having no idea where i want to go and ready for anything i end up in front of la rotisserie.
the place look super small no wonder they do only take away . i did not see any seat and if they were , they are well hidden.
Needless to say the smell of roast chicken already made me want eat right away.
i ordered 1/2 chicken and some potatoes.
very simple , classic .
the skin was very crispy and tasty ( obviously in a roast chicken that very important).
the chicken was flavourfull and moist .
the little cup with the "jus de roti". was a nice touch.
will return for more!
