作為truffle 嘅粉絲,又點可能無去過松藝館?話晒大部分菜都會加入松露,點都有一定吸引力吸引人去試。之前曾經試過散叫main course、意粉嚟食,今次就試返佢個6 course set。前菜分別有煙燻龍蝦同煎帶子,前者嘅煙燻香氣好香,龍蝦肉都幾新鮮。後者個煎帶子煎得剛好,食落肉地算軟身。至於個牛肝菌濃湯都幾香濃,加埋松露口感幾rich。另外羊肚菌芝士risotto 煮得幾腍,芝士味亦好突出。主菜部分個澳洲M6和牛表層煎得香脆,叫咗7成熟都唔算overcook,牛味幾香。甜品個薰衣草芝士蛋糕幾有驚喜,食得出幾濃嘅薰衣草味,又無諗過拍落芝士蛋糕度幾夾。整體嚟講每道菜嘅賣相係靚嘅,而大部分菜落嘅松露都唔少,只係好似落咗後未算大大提升道菜本身嘅味道,松露味唔算非常勁,個人覺得屬正常水平。
