Wednesday night 約左個朋友係TST食飯,book左檯準時8點3入座。首先,鋪面比我想像中大,檯同檯算隔得幾開,又有竹簾,唔會有傾計好嘈既問題出現。D staff好nice好attentive,特別係店主,好helpful咁介紹野食同解釋你唔明既食物。其實我同朋友叫左幾多野,不過有D冇影到,重點咁講下啦~刺身- 叫左yellowtail油甘魚&珍寶帶子,雖然個scallop唔平,但真係好。大。隻。啊!<3 味道都好fresh,唔會感覺雪藏。油甘魚都不錯,3塊的厚度適中,魚油香味如可更香濃就好了,但還是不錯的。同埋我個人喜歡有紫蘇葉伴sashimi,店主可以考慮一下啊~「波波壽司」-以前都有係日本食過呢種sushi,不過幾少係香港見到~ 魚生黎講,帶子&三文魚一樣不錯,海膽&Tuna不太夠鮮味,應該是食材level--但呢個價錢冇理由太太高要求,我覺得overal呢個quality已經算好worth個price 呢個Eel Tamago係黎之前最想食既野,簡單2樣食材但真係好夾!呢個tamago整得幾好,蛋入面滑溜溜的,但表面輕微熟左D。饅魚份量個人覺得可以多番少少

刺身- 叫左yellowtail油甘魚&珍寶帶子,雖然個scallop唔平,但真係好。大。隻。啊!<3 味道都好fresh,唔會感覺雪藏。
油甘魚都不錯,3塊的厚度適中,魚油香味如可更香濃就好了,但還是不錯的。同埋我個人喜歡有紫蘇葉伴sashimi,店主可以考慮一下啊~

呢個Eel Tamago係黎之前最想食既野,簡單2樣食材但真係好夾!呢個tamago整得幾好,蛋入面滑溜溜的,但表面輕微熟左D。饅魚份量個人覺得可以多番少少。因為前後都比較少饅魚肉。但整體真係好食既,會比4/5分。

另外想推介埋瑩光魚漬as starter,非常出味,非常開胃,岩送酒~

其實最想讚既,係店主既熱情招待,店主十分friendly同主動,講真,人情味同好服務真係會令任何野好食D,呢D先係做生意架嘛!!

店主加油,我會再來的~
