A gem in Hong Kong!It is rather difficult to find Turkish delights (Lokum) in Hong Kong.The rose flavor has a serene scent of rose, with a slight pink hue beneath its powdered white surface like the cheeks of a kabuki actress. Chewy and tender. I wasnt big on nuts, but the owner let me try some of the pistacio treats. It looks like marshmellow studded with green dots. It has a fluffy texture, yet unlike "chinese Peanut candy" it doesn stick to your teeth. Very nice.This is where you find your Tu
