We were kindly stopping by to grab a coffee but was left with a bad taste with the service as we walked in. I wanted to just sit down for a quick moment whilst my wife was going to be ordering a drink the worker had told me that the seats require a minimum charge to sit in.Very confused I let him know my wife is going to be ordering a drink he told me to stand outside.We left immediately.I would understand if the place was a restaurant, I am thrown off with the contingencies but doesn’t the shop

I would understand if the place was a restaurant, I am thrown off with the contingencies but doesn’t the shop have coffee in its name? I’ve never been to a coffee shop where you can’t sit while waiting for a drink. There were a lot of vacant seats.
