The soup was thick and thicky from all the collagen from the bone. It must be really good for women or elderly.

As this is a normal donenss noodle, it was just a bit chewy and the soup was all coating the ramen. The noodle has a less eggy taste and more of the flour taste.

The soft boiled egg is always one of the highlights. The marinated egg with a very runny and flavour egg yolk. It was just irresistable.

The chashu is very generous in size and it had a nice layer of fat on top. It was tender and fat part just melted in your mouth!

Karatama-Uma ($93)

Spicy ramen with a slice of pork chashu and a soft boiled egg, with firm noodles and mild spiciness.

The broth is not as rich and thick as the other one, it was a bit thinner with a spiciness to it, yet not too spicy until burning.

For this firm noodle, it was definitely harder in texture, it was chewy and it was just cooked for the right time.

The charshu is a bit thinner, leaner and shorter than the other one. Wondering if they are different? This charchu is also a bit harder in texture and tough to chew.

Extra toppings

All extra toppings come separately on plates, which is good because you can share that with your friends. Besides, they are quite valueable in terms of the serving size!

egg ($10)
seaweed ($12)
mixed vegetables ($20)

mixed vegetables are more like bean sprouts with a bit of carrots. You may add that to your soup or just have it alone.

Gyoza ($35)

Their japanese dumplings are quite authentic using some flour and water mixer to create a thin sheet of crisp on top, it was so good to go with the gyoza sauce provided on each table.

The skin was thin and crispy, with just enough pork and mixed veggie as the filling. It was probably one of the best gyoza in any ramen shops in Hong Kong

Sapporo Beer (Bottle) ($32)

Love this imported Sapporo beer which cures the heat from steaming ramen.

Complimentary mochi

We were given mochi after our meal. We have got sesame and mango flavour, how refreshing is that!
