Walking pass seeing their menu changed which seems going towards a lighter greener side, I decided to spend my dinner there.One of the dishes that caught my attention was the Pan fried salmon with cauliflower crumbs in black garlic sauce. One of the dishes that caught my attention was the Pan fried salmon with cauliflower crumbs in black garlic sauce. I additionally added 5 pieces of buffalo wings as side. For drinks, I ordered ice lemon tea.
Mushroom soup was included in their dinner set. Mushroom soup was served in a mug, hot and warm. Full of umami flavour and the stir fried onion pieces gave a hint of sweetness that whole soup was hearty to drink.
Surprising the salmon was cooked perfectly. Well seasoned with flakey meat. Skin was crispy but not greasy. Cauliflower crumbs still having a bit crunch, very savoury and loaded with vegetables. It was truly a surprise! I didn't expect finding such a good quality cauliflower rice here.
Buffalo wings were deep fried before coating the sauce. Skin was crunchy even fully coated with the buffalo sauce. Meat was a bit dry but acceptable. Spiciness was just right. It was in a good deal that by adding hkd 28 from your main to get this.
Overall, it was a surprise, a true surprise that I am glad some vegetarian trendy cooking methods has been added such as adding avocado for the creaminess of the sauce and cauliflower rice. And they mastered the dish that it was full of goodness and deliciousness. Good job!
