Yet, their lobster ravioli totally stole the limelight. With every bite I took, I went utterly speechless. The skin was of course al dente, while the lobster meat was succulent and fresh. The best part was the filling and the sauce. The ravioli was lavishly stuffed with lobster meat inside! The sauce was also really aromatic with a herbal hint. I would say the unique thing about Carbone is their sauce. It’s something that I had never tasted or tried elsewhere, and it made the visit unforgettable
