Chef started by pointing out that the quality of their turnips was so good that they wouldn’t be serving any sauce to go with it. I tried a taste- very sweet indeed. 鱲魚白子- hi light of the meal. Normally not a fan, but there’s absolutely no fishy taste; and the slimy texture contrasted well with the batter.

Last but not least- half of a sweet potato.
In summary: very full lunch, with a few surprising dishes. Batter could have been a bit lighter, but still not bad. Recommended.
