It was a pretty hot day so I decided to go with their icecream sandwich. But after a few unimpressive bites, I decided to give up. I understand the choice for a chewy, dense icecream to make a bite-able sandwich, but in this occasion it was overly sweet and chewy. The band-aid solution to adjust the cookie to be less sweet also backfired, as I ended up with chewy sweet glue in between two slices of bland crunchy dough.

What was sort of impressive though was how stable the icecream was. This was the remaining sandwich I just left sitting on the table 30minutes later. The icecream barely melted despite being left in the warm environment.
