粗菜館 (Closed)

While others would comment that Tso Choi serves 'traditional' Canton dishes, I find that the food experience here is unique and untraditional. One of the specialities here was lard rice. There were three components to this dish -  rice, lard, and soy sauce. To eat, you pour some of the sauces on to the rice and it's done. The mixture exhibited an aroma similar to minced pork instant noodle. It was very fragrant but did not have a strong taste, much like eating Truffle oil. I thoroughly enjoyed o
