While others would comment that Tso Choi serves 'traditional' Canton dishes, I find that the food experience here is unique and untraditional. One of the specialities here was lard rice. There were three components to this dish -  rice, lard, and soy sauce. To eat, you pour some of the sauces on to the rice and it's done. I thoroughly enjoyed other dishes too, I just wished the Kao Yok is less oily so I can enjoy it without much guilt.
