I reckon the beef is superb. We had beef shasimi and also beef for hot pot. Shasimi beef was so fresh, full of favours with homemade vinegar sauce yum .Hot pot beef was so tender. Soup base is tomato/potato with beef briskets or some traditional chinese pak choy with pig lung kind of soup. It made a different in food favor, I think it made the food more tasty as in freshier. Personal favourite is the fish ball with salty egg yolk, never had that, so tasty. Also dumplings were nice too. We paid l

We paid less than 200 per head, so so reasonable price for fresh food.
Only comment would be the noise when it's full house.
