超抵食,韓國新餐廳由韓國人主理全部都食到原汁原味嘅地道韓國菜因為媽咪好鍾意食醬油蟹所以我成日都會喺香港留意吓有邊間好食最後媽咪話呢間算係香港性價比最高-生牛肉拌飯份量超大,幾個人share都得生牛肉一條條刀工好好完全冇根咬落去有入口即溶嘅感覺但係亦都有好重嘅牛香味配上唔同嘅配菜撈埋韓國米,大滿足-醬油蟹媽咪話依家超市啲醬油蟹都要三百幾蚊呢度竟然$300有找仲要大大隻超級多膏醃製得啱啱好保留到鮮味,但係唔會太鹹媽咪嘅食法係首先用半隻就咁單食品嚐下佢嘅肉質之後嗰一半就可以用嚟撈紫菜飯-米酒食親民嘅韓國菜感覺一定要飲米酒飲完個胃暖暖的食埋生嘢就更加配-大醬湯太多生冷嘢,都想飲啲熱嘢所以叫咗呢個大醬湯入面有好多餡料金菇菜洋蔥冬菇豆腐,牛肉等等-韓牛頸肉呢度另一個驚喜係所有韓牛都有證書送上嘅時候會有QR code話俾你聽佢嘅原產地幾時出世幾時劏所有嘢都一清二楚知道自己食咗乜嘢入口感覺真係唔同啲!
