Broken eggs with Morcilla
(Morcilla on the side but we both don’t eat organs)
This dish is really flavorful with egg, potato, paprika etc and one of the highlight of that night.

Padron pepper
I don’t like green pepper usually but this is not grassy at all and I can’t stop! Perfectly grilled and seasoned.

Tortilla (Chorizo on the side)
The addition of edamame gave it a Japanese twist. Quite good and not heavy.

Cheese platter
Just average, the dried fruits were not very fresh and felt like having the smell of long time storage. The cheese and fruits were not extremely matched.
