They can happily dine here with friends who are not vegan. The veggie sushi set is fit for one costing $138. The set contains:
-Japanese yam with flaxseed dressing
-Black garlic Japanese style seaweed salad with black sesame sauce
-Assorted veggie sushi platter (8pc)
-One shot of charcoal noodles in a bamboo charcoal cup
-Mochi (red bean).

The sushi was light and appetizing made with natrual ingredients that were healthy and delicious. The seaweed salad had sweet tasting fermented garlic which has anti oxidant properties. The crisp yam in creamy flaxseed dressing was my favourite. The award winning charcoal noodles were as good as the first time I tried it a few years ago.
Consistently al dente and silky. The dessert in this set is a red bean mochi roll. The others had sashimi which were fresh and sweet.

Sashimi platter B ++++++
Goose liver sushi: The pieces of goose liver on the sushi were huge and velvety and a dash of wasabi balanced the heaviness of the liver.
++++++
Oyster rice pot: As a carbohydrate lover, this was satisfying because it was rice in delicious oyster broth giving a creamy strong oyster taste.

The aquatic tank by the entrance.
