Ver poor service!!!I placed a take-away order at 11:29am and it is stipulated that it will be ready in 30 minutes. At 12:00pm, the status of my order become “available to take” in Openrice app. However, when I arrive at 12:05 pm, the gate of the restaurant is just half open and I need to bend down to get inside. At 12:00pm, the status of my order become “available to take” in Openrice app. However, when I arrive at 12:05 pm, the gate of the restaurant is just half open and I need to bend down to get inside. But my food is still not ready and the staff very rudely order me to get out of the restaurant to wait. I ask how long and she answer a few minutes. I then bend down to get out of the restaurant to wait. However, as outside is cold today with strong wind, I bend down to get in the restaurant again at 12:10pm but my food is still not ready. Then I stir at the staff with angry face and then they just start to make my food (salad and wrap) reluctantly. Ridiculously another walk-in client just order at Taft time and she can get her food earlier that me. I keep stirring at the staff and finally get my food at 12:19pm. If they are not yet open, why they accept orders? Why customer walk in can get food earlier than I who ordered the food 40 minutes earlier. Also the attitude of the staff is Ver rude! I will never buy food from this poor-service restaurant!
