This newly opening restaurant AMA has an elegant deco with many pictures of famous Italian film which bring me back to their legendary era, full of warm ambient. AMA runs by Executive Chef Paolo Monti, a famous Italian chef in HK. His expertise is Roman cuisine. I would highly recommend Amatriciana, very authentic Roman pasta, beef tripes (羅馬式牛肚), roast Italian beef, tender and juicy. So many yummy dishes and I need to come back. It is a perfect place for a romantic dinner, friend gathering

AMA runs by Executive Chef Paolo Monti, a famous Italian chef in HK. His expertise is Roman cuisine. I would highly recommend Amatriciana, very authentic Roman pasta, beef tripes (羅馬式牛肚), roast Italian beef, tender and juicy. So many yummy dishes and I need to come back. It is a perfect place for a romantic dinner, friend gathering, birthday celebration. The chef is a very friendly person. He likes to chat with the clients when he is not very busy. Surprisedly he can speak some Cantonese. You can test him next time when you come.
