I have been to this restaurant close to 10 times since its opening. In general, this is one of the more disappointing Italian restaurants in a Hong Kong 5-star hotel. Nothing I have had is very bad, but nothing is very good either. I have tried soups (ok), pasta (small portion and bland, or lack of taste), and meat (a very chewy cut of veal chop, my knife won't even cut it). Service is also relatively poor. They did not tell us in advance that certain desserts require a wait of 20+ minutes

They did not tell us in advance that certain desserts require a wait of 20+ minutes when we ordered, and they also like to recommend the more expensive wines than necessary. Overall, a disappointment. The only reason I go there often enough is due to the credit card discount which is good for business meals with customers.

Environment is ok, but the view is not that good because it's still at a lower level.
