Kraze Burger is a South Korean-based company with a vision for creating the "best burgers" for their customers. There is only one joint located in Hong Kong, in iSquare shopping mall. Although it's quite a small restaurant, the atmosphere is really laid back and a good place to eat a quick bite before heading up to the cinema.

The menu has a wide selection of burgers to choose from and takes a while to decide because the description is way too long and the font is too small to just read quickly (a picture says a thousand words, so they could simply cross out the words "tomato slice" and "onion" since it's clearly shown in the photo). Other than burgers, Kraze also offers sandwiches, classic American potato wedges with chili and cheese, steak, salads, rice (paella) and pasta.

I don't know about "best burgers". After ordering the KS burger ('100% pure beef patty, mayo, Swiss cheese, onion slice, homemade pickles, tomato slice & lettuce with Kraze homemade Korean sweet & spicy sauce that gained popularity across the country of Korea' - Kraze menu), I was more than slightly disappointed with the presentation and taste of the entire meal. If you look at it this way...I wouldn't need to come to Kraze to order a burger AND cheese fries to satisfy my palette. If Kraze makes the "best burgers", then one amazing, juicy & delicious burger should be satisfying enough. Their burgers are the superstars of their menu, maybe they need to try a bit harder to integrate their concept into their dishes.

The Korean Standard burger I had wasn't sweet, but spicy, the patty was 100% beef but not juicy, and what's so Korean about Swiss cheese The overall concept for this one burger failed for me. On top of that it was a $78 burger with a side of...nothing.
