[Dear Everyone,The follow is the true with happen this afternoon on the 31/Aug/09: Me and my family always go for yum cha for family gathering. The follow is the true with happen this afternoon on the 31/Aug/09:
Me and my family always go for yum cha for family gathering. First of all we have always choose Time Square for Lunch and Dinner cos is convienence for parking.
We were at this restaurant at 12:00pm which the restaurant is not full and not much ppl. I approached reception Desk with my BB which is 2 months old in a baby troller and asked receptionist (Ms XXXX Lau/ 5.5 feet/寸face) for a table of 5 pax. However, she is busy on the phone and I waited for 5 min just to ask for a table. She said that table is availabble but we have to leave by 1pm. I was so surprised and a bit angry of her attitude and i said that we will try my best to finish on time.
After 10 min, Ms XXXX Lau approached me and said " where is the other ppl cos you dont have much time, you have to return table for me!!!" I was bitterly disappointed which
I never think of a 5 star restaurant will say that to the customer. But I dont think any of the restaurant will say that as well, ever Cafe de Coral or at McDonald. It seems like she did not want to do business or my business!!!
Ms Lau is very rude to customer and not presentable to be work in any of a customer service field. Do you call this good customer service, I don't think so!!! I'm sure that restaurant just lost another customer...
Afterwards, I complaint to the restaurant manager, even though he was helpful but I think the only thing that he could do was to fire her! I have to say the food quality was good, but if I see her again at the reception, there is no way that I would walk-in that restaurant again.
