📺 Previously, I saw someone recommend this Taiwanese restaurant on a popular YouTube channel. After watching the video, I've been eager to try it, and today I finally had the opportunity! Fortunately, I came immediately after work, as the restaurant was already filled with customers shortly after I was seated. I was surprised to see so many people dining here on a Thursday evening. ✨ The entire bowl was filled with plump oysters! The portion size was extremely generous, with each oyster being swollen and juicy. There were also three shrimp that had a fantastic, chewy texture. The braised pork had the perfect balance of lean and fatty pieces. When mixed with the egg yolk and poured over the rice, it created a deliciously moist and flavorful dish. It was absolutely delicious!
