Way over valued for the food and service, and uncomfortable seating.Firstly, there was a fish bone in the sashimi, when I raised this to the waitress and she argued this was only a soft bone and would check with chef, and then never came back. Later when I asked and she said rudely she already said sorry , and very unwillingly delete that item from the bill and couldn’t see any sincerity to improve or apologise.Secondly when we see the bill, there was an item for free welcome bite. Later when I asked and she said rudely she already said sorry , and very unwillingly delete that item from the bill and couldn’t see any sincerity to improve or apologise.
Secondly when we see the bill, there was an item for free welcome bite. We asked what was that and found out we didn’t even got offered that when we sit down. And the whole conversations the waiter and waitress were arguing it was free, but the point was I never got it and never felt welcomed.
This was my first time to the restaurant, and also last time. The food, service and seating doesn’t feel like a restaurant that should be in list of “Asia’s top 50 restaurant “ at all .
