Tired this restaurant on July 10th, I’ve order one lobster roll and one lobster benedict on brunch menu, and one lobster bisque on side a la Carte. The restaurant used crayfish instead of Boston lobster tail. (with 60% of them are cucumber). Those crayfish meat are the same found in Pret a Manager, which are totally different showed on their social media platform page with “whole” Boston lobster claw meat! Lobster benedict used cheap crayfish meat, as usual, way too bland cannot tastes anything.

Lobster benedict used cheap crayfish meat, as usual, way too bland cannot tastes anything. The lobster bisque tastes horrible dull in which I will say just water mix with shrimp power. Staffs in kitchen pull down their masks. It is insane that staff explained to us photos post on social media platform always exaggerate! This is against violation of commodity regulations!! I am not paying $68 having a crayfish sandwich in Pret a Manager, I am having a sit-in lunch in a mid scale restaurant in Sai Wan. With a $500+ spending lunch, I don’t except a dinning experience like this and I will not come back again.
